Manufactured at our specialist facility in Preston - Lancashire, our round section knitted glass fibre seals are available in white or grey/black, and are suitable for operation in temperatures of up to 600°C.  Diameters range from 3mm up to 50mm in soft, medium and hard compressions. 

Pyroglass offer a full range of high temperature glass tapes and ladder tapes. 

Manufactured in-house they are available in different widths and thicknesses and come in white or grey/black, with or without self-adhesive backings, plain glass tape or ladder tape section.

Due to its light weight & low thermal conductivity, our PYROLAG Glass Rope Laggings offer an ideal solution for insulating hot pipework in applications up to 550°C. 

It is also excellent in acoustic applications and for joint sealing in passive fire protection systems. 

Our glass square packings are ideal for use in dry, static sealing applications involving hot air and combustion gases up to 600°C.

Square Packings are often employed in heavier industrial applications including furnaces, kilns, boilers and heat exchange units. 

The stainless steel wire over knit on our bespoke glass fibre seals ensures the seal holds its profile and provides excellent resilience and abrasion resistance when installed in appliances such as range style cooker lids and outdoor BBQ's. 

Our custom built clips seals are manufactured with either a glass or hollow core wire reinforcement, designed to fit individual door designs. The clip method of fixing is quick, clean, and makes replacement very straightforward.

Tadpole seals, also known as P-Section seals or "keyhole seals", are custom made to suit individual customer requirments. 

The bead diameter and compression along with the tail length can all be altered in the tadpole seal to suit specific applications up to 550°C - 600°C

Our Basalt Exhaust Insulation Sleeves provide excellent thermal protection up to 750°C and possess outstanding characteristics making them ideal for use in vehicle exhausts systems / meeting Euro 6 compliance.

Our hook & loop fastening firesleeves are an ideal solution for protecting hose assemblies and pipework which have already been installed.

Manufactured by Pyroglass, our hook & loop closures offer continuous protection at an operating temperature of 260ºC and can withstand a molten metal splash of 1200ºC.

Pyrotape / Firesleeve Tape is a Red Oxide Silicone Coated Glass Fibre Tape manufactured by Pyroglass. Consisting of high quality european  'E' glass fibre yarns knitted to form a tape & coated with high grade silicone elastomer rubber on one side. Our pyrotapes are designed to provide exceptional thermal insulation & fire protection for hoses, cables, wires, hydraulic lines & industrial pipework operating in high-temperature environments.

Our higher temperature seal are made with soft, resilient, body soluble mineral Alkaline Earth Silicate. 

Developed specifically as a safe alternative to refractory ceramic based products, our Alkine Earth Silicate ropes are suitable for continuous operation in high temperatures up to 1050°C.

Thermafix is a high temperature adhesive that has been specifically developed to achieve a strong bond between glass fibre rope seals and stove metal-work. It is formulated so that it does not soak into the glass rope seal, thus allowing the seal to maintain its full sealing characteristics.

Our self-adhesive woven glass fibre tape imparts temperature resistance, thermal stability and excellent abrasion resistance for a large number of sealing application. It is often employed as an end finishing or jointing tape on high temperature glass ropes and tapes.
